Brewed with vienna and caramel aromatic malts to give a subtle and bready-rich character, and a low mash temperature was used to provide a crisp/dry finish. Loads of orange zest went into the boil, and a combo of Mandarina Bavaria and Amarillo hops in the fermenter give notes of orange and citrus on the nose.
