Brekeriet Black LabelRoken is a Scanian smoked beer brewed with smoked whiskey malt. Fermentation takes place with a mixture of various yeast strains, including the genus Brettanomyces. The beer is carbonated naturally by fermentation in the bottle and will therefore give a thin layer of yeast on the bottom.
