Wheated Sour Ale Aged in Wine Barrels with Meyer Lemon ZestBottle Release 5/28/22This beer is a showcase for the bright aroma of Meyer Lemons. They have a softer flavor than the common Lisbon and Eureka lemons, with a more varied orange-influenced aroma. We selected two third-use barrels with restrained acidity to avoid distracting oakiness or sharpness.
