We loaded an American Pale Ale with the most aromatic part of the orange, its skin. Source of essential oils, we dipped orange peels in our APA and there they danced, leaving that touch of fresh fruit! All the lightness and freshness of a summer afternoon squeezed into an ice-cold bottle!
