Pre-eminent Sydney brewers One Drop are synonymous with out the gate beer creations. After our individual beers combined for 1st, 2nd and 3rd at Beervana 2023 we just had to join forces to break the 2024 festival. Introducing our most decadent beer to date...a liquid freshly baked cinnamon roll. Made with mountains of caramel and biscuit malts, imported vanilla beans and gently toasted cinnamon sticks, then conditioned with marshmallows and hints of cold brewed coffee. Nothing short of astonishing to smell and taste, it's like transporting yourself to a Swedish bakery on a Saturday morning.
