Fresh, whole hop cones of Bract Brewing Programme trial hop variety NZH-106 were flown across the Cook Strait after being picked at Mac Hops in Motueka, and put straight into the pilot brewhouse here, all on the same day.A crisp, clean Extra Pale malt body sets the platform for an abundance of freshly picked NZH-106 cones. Notes of white wine, currants, orange and elderflower, along with a touch of classic NZ hop sulfur. Smooth bitterness along with mouth-coating hop oils to finish.
