Istrian wild ales is our program of creative brewing with a limited series of beers like barrel aged, wild fermentation, mixed fermentation, open fermentation, coolship and spontaneous fermentation with the name KAREGA. The meaning of Karega is "Chair" in our dialect, that symbolizes waiting and resting as nothing good comes fast.This beer is open fermented in coolship and transfered to wine wood barrells for 3 months with addition of tons of pears. It is a complex beer that stimulates all your senses.
