Sesh On is another beer in our line of session IPA experiments here at Brus.For this beer we worked with 3 brand new malts, from 3 different countries. Pilsner malt from Denmark, Wheat from Holland and a bit of caramel malt from Germany.We mashed it very high and added a touch of maltodextrine, for a big body on a really light beer.Featuring healthy doses of Amarillo and Mosaic, at almost twice the rate that we normally hop our session IPA's.
