Jasmine pours light straw, almost clear with pure snow cap. The long grain Jasmine rice is immediately evident with a bright floral aroma which carries through in the taste, followed by grassy notes and a subtle farmhouse funk. The finish is crisp and dry, thanks to a highly effervescent mouthfeel.Rather than calling it an adjunct, we prefer to call the Jasmine rice an elegant addition to this refreshing saison.
