Nuki is a collaboration project with our restaurant Leib and Tori Jõesuu Cider Farm.We took our team along to collect apples from very old apple orchard dating back to 1940-s.Nuki cider is fermented with wild yeast and blended by our sommelier team.This is bold, refreshing acidity driven Estonian delicacy made in Methode Traditionelle!
