A German style sticke-alt or latzenbier (shelf beer!). This style is all about malt but keeps its focus towards clean and easy. We combined Munich malt, light crystal and a touch of wheat to create an auburn ale that’s smooth to start but will continue to condition and improve over time in the cellar.
