Our latest IPA del Barrio sees a slight change in grist giving a vibrant yellow hue which emphasises the juicier hop bill. This time around it's Galaxy, Azacca and Cashmere. A full creamy body which is littered with aromas of peach, pear, pineapple and a touch of coconut. On the palate the fruity vibes continue with a slight herbal grassiness on the back end from the Azacca and Cashmere.
