Описание

A refreshingly crisp tart belgian style sour beer with influences of wild yeast (brettanomyces) and lactobacillus. 4.5 % abv makes it very drinkable. Apple cider and toasted white bread aromas feature strongly. Fermented and aged in french pinot noir oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months.
