SPONTANEOUS CONSEQUENCEOur Spontaneous Consequence program features beer spontaneously inoculated with resident flora in our wild cellar's coolship, followed by spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation in oak barrels, resulting in complexity and acidity that reflects our brewery's unique location.TROPICAL FARMBrewed with a rustic farmhouse grist, Tropical Farm was fermented and matured in rum and neutral oak barrels with pineapple and guava, producing a tart, tropical and funky ale.
