Antler & Talon, brewed in collaboration with Fuller’s brewing is the fourth in our Cellarman cask project series. We wanted to create something special and unorthodox for this collab which is what led us to using a mountain of ‘Green Hops’, which are whole cone fresh-hops used within 24 hours of picking from the harvest. We ‘oaked’ the beer using Wild Beer’s decommissioned bourbon barrels adding the staves in the mash tun. The result is a dry, crisp, cloudy and hoppy pale delivering a surprisingly goodbody for a low abv beer!
