Irish Coffee Speedway Stout

This variation on our classic Imperial Stout was rested on cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and coffee and then blended with Bourbon Barrel-Aged version of the Imperial Stout. This partial Barrel-Aged blend is reminiscent of an Irish Coffee cocktail with complex notes of chocolate, creamy vanilla, and assertive whiskey and coffee character.
