Satin is crafted with a proprietary yeast developed in the Winter of 2023. Through each successive fermentation, we continue to adapt, hone our process, and push the boundaries of hoppy beer.Our hop regimen begins with a hand-selected blend of fruit-forward hops, forming a familiar foundation on top of which our brewers blended some of our favorite new varieties. Citra, Galaxy, Motueka, and Mandarina Bavaria blend seamlessly into a bright display of tropical delights.Pouring a stunning opaque yellow color into your glass, it purveys vibrant and expressive notes of mixed tropical fruit, sweet lime, citrus gummies, and overripe pineapple.
