If indulgence was a beer, Carry the Zero would be it. Made with roughly 60% by weight raspberries, it’s the most fruit we’ve ever used in a single beer. To keep to the theme, it was treated to not one, but four different barrels before being packaged in our exclusive white-capped bottles.Initial Palate: Fruity and sweet with a bright acidity from the raspberries.Mid-Palate: Malt contributions of chocolate and dark fruit.Finish: Dry and tannic with lasting raspberry juice.
