German gose comprising of50% wheat, salt, coriander seed and blackberry puree.In Haitian Voodoo Azaka (Papa Zaka) is the spirit god of farming. He often takes the form of a peasant farmer who is kind and gentle and loves to eat. Azaka is the protector of the poor and the working class. If he is not well fed or disrespected he can become mean and play nasty pranks.
