SOUTHERN CROSS | CHINOOK | MOSAICThis West Coast style IPA is packed full of the best NZ and US hops we would get our hands on. Southern Cross SubZero hop Kief from Freestyle Hops Mosaic CRYO and Chinook from Yakima ChiefWe've been working closely with both hop suppliers to be able to select varieties that really feed into the beers we're trying to produce. Chinook is a hop that doesn't get as much attention as we think it deserves. We sent James from Yakima Chief a message asking if he could get us a box of Chinook jam-packed full of pine & citrus character, and oh did he deliver.
