Brewed with five different malts and italian Savoiardi biscuits and fermented with Wyeast 1084 - the original Evolution of Lights recipe.Then conditioned on copious amounts of bourbon soaked Madagascar vanilla beans, roasted cacao nibs and twice soaked Maker‘s Mark french medium toast oak chips.Finally bottled with Lallemand‘s CBC-1 yeast and carefully wax dipped.
