Small Batch Series - Fred

Описание

Meet Fred, a one-off limited Sour exploring Philly Sour Yeast with Raspberry & Lemon Zest. We wanted to create a light, easy drinking sour that brings summer vibes to your afternoons in the sun. We used Lemon Zest in the boil to punch up the sharp zesty flavours then Raspberry Puree during fermentaion for a refreshing berry burst, rounding off with Philly Sour for this refreshing beer.Featured dog is Fred
