津軽弁: ほいどだがり = よくばりグアバを使用したIPA。　トロピカルな香りのHopとグアバの爽やかな風味がバランスよく、キリっとした苦みも味わえる、この時期にぴったりのIPAです。We took an IPA, loaded it with hops that produce a bouquet of tropical flavors and aromas, then decided to take it up another level and conditioned it on a huge amount of pink guava. This is the beer we will be drinking as the heat and humidity pick up.
