A vintage cider made in our Moutere Valley cidery with cider apples from our orchard.Cool tank fermentation by wild yeasts.Maturation in steel tank and then used French oak barrels for over 8 months.This rich and textured cider conjures up oak tables, earthenware jugs, and thatched roofs.
