Mango Tak is a collab with out talented and hard working chefs in the kitchen at Brus. For the base beer, we used a simple pale malt bill and neutral ale yeast. Then we added a whole lot of mango, the a touch of fresh gooseberries, Icelandic thyme salt and fresh elderflower.Cheers chefs!
