Brett Trials Dark: Suburban Brettanomyces

Описание

Dark Saison with Imperial Suburban BrettanomycesBottle Release: 7/22/23Each of the bottles in this set started as the same dark saison. We split it into kegs with different microflora and allowed them to diverge for year. Try them side-by-side to see how much the choice of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria alters the resulting beer!
