In our continuing efforts to turn every food into beer... we infused a year-old keg of Unshelled with gochugaru (Korean chili flakes), Sichuan peppercorns, peanuts, cinnamon, and MSG! The result is a beer that is spicy, nutty, savory, with just a little málà (numbing heat)!
