A bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout, finished with a touch of fresh raspberry this is a beer inspired by the vibrant and diverse culture of Cork — a big bold Imperial Stout with a cork inspired twist — a drop of 'razza'.This beer was aged in bourbon barrels for 12 months and slowly conditioned on fresh raspberries before packaging. Expect a complex beer with chocolate, dark roast coffee and vanilla all supported by a burst of ripe raspberry fruit.
