Smüzí Strawberry Shortcake

For this one-off Smuzi, we blended 10 gallons of our sour base with 5 gallons of strawberry puree! Then we added toasted coconut to replace the flavor of the shortcake and Strawberry Dole Whip for the topping. It's a sweet bite of summertime!
