Ghost Note Preserves - Apricot & Raspberry [EF Exclusive]

We took a tank of Ghost Note with organic apricots at a rate of 3.5 pounds per gallon and added some raspberries on top of that juice. Another fermentation later, the results are glorious. Neither fruit is dominant, they both shine in their own way with each sip.
