In honour of Rosalind Franklin, we brewed a fresh kettle sour using rose mallow (hibiscus). It was dry hopped with lemon drop and barbe rouge to amplify the refreshing tartness I enjoy. -x- Katie---We named this beer after an awesome female scientist.
