Helen Brooke Whitman owned the Brinton Lodge in the late 1800s and was the architect behind the expansion that helped create the impressive building we have today. In honor of Helen, we've built this seasonal Cherry Saison with cherries from our friends at nearby Weaver's Orchard. It has a luscious smooth mouth feel, is lightly acidic with tart cherry flavor, a light florally, pepper nose, sweet biscuit, cherry skins, and subtle saison yeast on the tongue. Drink to Helen!
