The Yunnan Amber is the brain child of Great Leap Brewing and Boxing Cat Brewery of Shanghai. Carl Setzer and Mike Jordan brew this beer together twice a year. The best parts of both of their brewing philosophies are put together in one glass. Brewed with three different types of malts and three different hops varieties to create a simple, but flavorful beer comprised of carmel malt tones and low bitterness, it is finally infused with Yunnan Red tea.滇琥珀是中國最好的兩家手工啤酒廠大躍啤酒和上海拳擊貓的合作結晶。每年Carl Setzer和Mike Jordan會聯手兩次來共同釀造這款啤酒，他們的釀酒哲學完美的結合進了一個玻璃杯中。滇琥珀中融於了三種麥芽和三個品種的啤酒花，並最終注入雲南的紅茶，賦予了這款酒醇香的口感和清透的色澤。
