Tapasya IPA

This is a restaurant branded version of our Double Anchor IPA i.e. a traditional India Pale Ale, high in alcohol and heavily hopped, so as to withstand the long voyage from England to India in the 19th century. The grains are pale and crystal malts, plus some flaked oats for head retention and body. English hops produce 35 IBUs of bitterness.
