This beer is a 7.8% gin & juniper infused hop oil kveik beer, fermented with Sigmund's Voss at 42 degrees C, isolated from his farmhouse in the Voss valley. Served uncarbonated and unfiltered from cask in the traditional Viking manner. Using wild juniper branches foraged from the Christchurch red zone, this beer combines ancient Norwegian traditions with modern hop oil technology. And, of course, gin.
