100% spontaneously fermented ale aged in oak barrels with honey added.Vertical blend of spontaneously fermented golden ales which all aged for ages. This first edition comprises beer brewed in the spring and fall of 2016 and spring of 2017, blended together and naturally refermented in the bottle with NJ wildflower honey. An average of 60 months (5 years) at bottling.
