In late summer 2022, we macerated a beer on a heavy load of Pinot Meunier grape skins from Bistrotage (Charles Dufour). After one month, we racked the beer from the skins and returned it to a barrel for an additional aging of 14 months, topping off the barrel with apple cider.Bottled December 2023
