Watermelon & Strawberry Sour

The strawberry and watermelon pair brilliantly and appear in equal parts but my tastebuds take turns in which is dominant, one sip I think strawberry, the next watermelon. The acidity is restrained as per the majority of Big Shed’s Sour Series resulting in refreshing tartness. The finish is dry with the delicious fruit flavour left lingering on the palate.
