Enchanter uses a base wort aged for twelve months with a Brettanomyces culture before conditioning for an additional four months on a generous fruit addition of Herefordshire raspberries and locally foraged blackberries. The result is a well-structured beer with a beautiful earthy depth and complexity, bursting with flavours of dark bramble fruits.
