Amber sour fermented with Kviek and aged for 2 years in Bua Irish Whiskey casks with Roeselare and Brettanomyces. A wonderful nose of red hedgerow fruit and subtle vanilla, with a balanced funk on the tongue and then a really smooth Whiskey and oak finish.
