6th Birthday DDH Pale

For this beer, we decided to cram as much hoppy goodness as we could into a pale ale, using the same amount of hops we would usually put into an IPA, but keeping the abv a bit more sensible. We chose Cashmere, Strata and Nelson Sauvin hops, all renowned for bringing big citrus and tropical fruit flavours to the party.
