Stonefly Early Harvest

A blend of Yarlington Mill, Wickson Crab, Ellis Bitter, Geneva Tremletts and Harry Masters apples from the West Orchard at Bent Apple Farm, Lansing NC. Fermented and matured for three months in neutral vessels, followed by bottle conditioning. Full-dry and straw-colored with fresh apple, strawberry and peach aromas, finished with mineral, bright acidity, and fine tannins.
