We picked all kinds of local berries, blackberry from Groningen, red gooseberry from Zuiderham in Aduard and white currant from Landgoud - Kloosterburen a biofarm at the border of Groningen next to the dike and the Wadden Sea, macerated it in lambic.Bottled 09/01/2020
