Welcome the third release in our Ethereal series, the Vienna Pseudo-Lager. We aimed to keep the recipe simple with this one and yet still achieved some nice complexity pairing perfectly with the changing seasons. The malt brings biscuit, toasted almond, and a hint of chocolate sweetness while the hops balance everything out annexing some earthy and floral notes. The yeast continues to play the lead role adding that distinctive KRISPY profile that we have grown to love in the brewery.
