Mike created Excessive Landscaping, a keg of Drink it Down with toasted fig leaves from the tree in his front yard. The idea was inspired by a David Lebovitz Blog recipe for fig leaf ice cream. The leaves add notes of fresh fig, green coconut, and spice.
