Pööriöö is a hopless dandelion sour beer brewed on the shortest night of the year, the summer solstice, in collaboration with Brewdog Tallinn for Brewdog Collabfest 2022. Pööriöö is a hopless beer meaningno hops were used brewing it, instead dandelions were used for minimal bitterness. Light-yellow in color, medium to light body with moderate sourness.
