We hopped this beer 4 separate times. Using our new 2020 mosaic for the first time in this as well as El Dorado. The beer finished fermenting with a bit more residual sugar than previous IPAs and that leaves a good base beer to hop aggressively without feeling like it is too green/hoppy.
