RyeØ (pronounced \ˈrē-(ˌ)ō\ like “Rio”) is an intense rye wine brewed with a blend of malted rye and barley and aged in freshly emptied rye whiskey barrels for a year. Complex flavors of rye, malt, oak and hops have married and matured before bottling. RyeØ is a "live" beer, hand bottled and conditioned with fresh bourbon whiskey yeast, allowing it to change its character with time. Enjoy it now or cellar for upto 10 years.
