The Sawmill Aotearoa Series celebrates the people who bring beer to life and this time it’s the innovators at Clayton Hops with their Amplifire pellets.Claytons are currently the only producers of these pellets in the Southern hemisphere, extracting the lupulin from the hop cones to get up to twice the intensity of hop resins and oils as you would from a regular hop pellet.Intense tropical flavours and grape aroma from Nelson Sauvin. A single hopped beer with Amplifire pellets from Clayton Hops to give extra intensity.
