Daddy Cool is our annual Tripel with a hint of vanilla - brewed especially for all the daddies out there! This year we applied new brewing techniques as well as refined the malt base, resulting in an even richer and more balanced flavor profile than last year.The classic spicy notes of a Belgian triple - think cloves and a pinch of white pepper - now blend even better with the soft, creamy hint of vanilla. Thanks to the use of a different yeast strain, the complexity comes into its own, while the beer remains wonderfully drinkable.
